manager area. You simply need to login from any internet connection

to use the site?
No, we’ve taken all of the tech expertise out of website
creation. While the site does accept HTML coding, you can fully
customize your site without knowing any HTML whatsoever. Each
feature is customizable at the click of a few buttons or by using
the WYSISYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editor. The WYSIWYG
Editor is as simple as using any word processing software.
3. Do I need any special software
to create and manage my site?
No. Your web store is completely web-based. No software required.
You simply need a reliable internet connection (we recommend a
high-speed connection) and the browser of your choice with javascript
enabled (we recommend IE 6.0+).
4. What areas can I customize on
my site?
Almost every aspect of the site is customizable! While your new
site does come with an attractive default design, you have full
control of your site if you choose to change it. You may change
everything from the logo to the width of the site to the content
of the homepage. You have the option to change the site colors
and font types properties. Tons of features (such as related products,

principles such as meta tags, site maps, keyword density, and
much more to help boost your search engine rankings. Like any
business, web stores also require marketing. There are many features
included in the administration area of your site that will assist
you in driving traffic to your site. You can easily create a site
map and have it automatically submitted to Google. The site also
has the ability to automatically submit all of your products to
other online shopping sites such as Yahoo! Shopping or Froogle(Google
Base). These sites will list your items and when customers click
to purchase the item, they are automatically forwarded to your
store for the purchase! Other tools such as integrated affiliate
program, eNewletters, and creating additional content pages will

11. Does Net Now Solutions charge
a percentage of the site?
No, Net Now Solutions will not charge anything per transaction!
You may have to pay a small fee for credit card processing. This
fee is not charged by Net Now Solutions, but by the payment processor.

13. How do I know when I receive

Not only can you login to the administration area of the site,

with the site?
Yes, simply login to the administration area and you have the
ability to view the order, print an invoice, or print a packaging
slip.
15. Does Net Now Solutions report
my sales to the IRS?
No. Net Now Solutions does not report your sales to the IRS. It
is your responsibility to report all of your sales.
16. How do I know my site is secure?
Rest assured, each site comes with its own personal 256 bit SSL
Certificate. This certificate is a digital certificate that authenticates
the identity of a website and encrypts information sent to the
server using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Encryption
is the process of scrambling data into an undecipherable format
that can only be returned to a readable format with the proper
decryption key. You will see a lock icon in your bottom browser
bar on secure pages (i.e. pages such as my account login, shopping
cart, checkout, etc).
17. Is the site backed up?
Yes. Your site will be backed up once every 24 hours.
18. I accidently deleted something,
can it be restored?
Yes. In the case that you accidently delete something, we have
the ability to restore data that is up to 30 days old. There is
a fee to make client-requested restorations.
19. Can I get a hard copy of my
site?
Unfortunately, due to the terms and conditions of your service
agreement we cannot release any files from the website.
20. I already have a domain name,
can I use that?
Yes. As long as you are the owner of the domain we are happy to
use that domain! We will have to obtain some additional information
about that domain after the purchase of your site.
21. How do I access my email?
You have multiple options to access your email. You can login
to our online email program at mail.yourdomain.com or you can
set up your email account for use on your home computer or PDA.
