Q: What is included with the ProDesign service?
A: Our design team will be changing the look of your site - but not any of the actual content. Adding information about your company, your products, your policies, etc. is up to you.

Q: Will my store look exactly like the design I choose?
A: Not always. The design you choose will provide the guidelines for our design team to create the look of your site. The general design will be the same as the ProDesign you choose - specifically, things like colors and graphics. However, because your web store has certain functions that need to be present in certain areas, the layout of the design may need to be rearranged. Also, some ProDesign examples may show additional features that your web store does not have. These additional features will not be included in your new design. Remember that the ProDesign serves as a general design concept, but not as an absolute map of the way your finished site will look. If you have any questions about how your site will look, be sure to contact us before placing your ProDesign order.

Q: Is every design shown a good design for my site?
A: We show thousands of design possibilities – some are great for eCommerce stores, while others are better suited for content-only sites. Full Flash or Swish sites (sites with full animation) are not compatible with our web store solutions. If our design team feels that the ProDesign you have selected will not work well, we will communicate our concerns to you.

Q: Is the ProDesign service the only option I have to alter the design of my site?
A: No. First and foremost, your site comes with a very attractive and neutral default site design that you can use immediately with no need to alter any design elements except for uploading your logo. Your site also comes with built-in site design tools that require no special design knowledge or HTML skills. You have an immense amount of control over the design of your site by using these tools. The ProDesign service is an optional add-on service that helps site owners who may not be particular design-inclined to create a very professional and unique site.

Q: Can I add the ProDesign service to any site package?
A: The ProDesign service can only be applied to a Premium Site Package. If you are currently on a Basic or Pro Plan, you will first need to upgrade to a Premium Plan before we can begin your ProDesign.

Q: When can I order the ProDesign service?
A: You can order the ProDesign service at any time. ProDesign can be added to a new or existing Premium site.

Q: How long does the ProDesign service take?
A: Our designers typically strive to complete your site design within 5 business days. However, there may be times when the start of your design needs to be placed on a waiting list. Please contact us for a specific time quotation.
